For two days only, the State Fair Community College Spirit Squad will host a community-wide rummage sale fundraiser to help with scholarships and camp expenses.

Cheerleaders will have booths where they will be selling their own goods. The public is welcome to rent a 10 x 10 space to sell any items they may want to get rid of.

“We are renting out 10 x 10 spaces for $20 for anyone who would like to come up and sell their items,” said Spirit Squad coach and Davis Center coordinator, Dana Page. “We will provide one table and then you provide any other racks or tables you may have.”

Spirit Squad members will also be selling baked goods, as well as old SFCC Roadrunner cheer and basketball uniforms. Donations can also be made to the squad to sell.

Doors open at 7 a.m. on Friday for sellers to set up.

The sale is open and free to the public Friday evening from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturday the sale will open at 7 a.m. with no set closing time.

The event is being held in the air-conditioned Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center on the Sedalia campus.
