Each school will then choose a first place winner and submit it to the Highway Patrol’s Missing Person’s Unit no later than January 13, 2014. A completed application must accompany the poster. The application can be found on the Patrol’s website. One Missouri poster will be given an overall first place award and will then be automatically entered into the national competition.
