24 Hour Hold for Missouri Man

A Missouri man was arrested on drug and other charges Sunday afternoon in Platte County.  According to the Highway Patrol, John Erwin, 38, of Faucett, faces charges of felony resisting arrest by fleeing, speeding, no valid operators license, no valid plates, no seat belt, and open title.  Additionally, he was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance – prescription pills, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Erwin is currently being held in a Platte County jail for a 24 hour investigative hold.
