If enough funds are raised for the Save Every Victim cancer-awareness program, he will shave or dye the moustache he’s had since 1980.  The charity provides financial help to cancer victims, for necessities such as transportation to doctor appointments.

Parks said if the canisters raise $500, he will dye his moustache pink, if they gather $1,000 he will shave it off, and if they collect $1,500 or more he will dye his moustache pink, shave half of it off, and shave the letters “SEV” into the back of his head.

The facial hair change is scheduled to take place at the Marceline-Brookefield Basketball game on Friday.
