A car slid into a snow plow in Gentry County

GENTRY COUNTY, Mo. – Snow caused a car to slide out of control and collide with a snow plow in Gentry County Wednesday night.

The Missouri Highway Patrol crash report says Abigayle Davis, 16, of Stanberry was eastbound on Highway 136, two miles West of Stanberry when she lost traction, slid across the center line and hit the drivers side of a westbound truck driven by David Simmerman, 28, of Stanberry.

Davis, who was wearing a seat belt, received moderate injuries and was transported to Northwest Medical Center in Albany.
