DAVIESS COUNTY, Mo. – A Utah man is going back in the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail, after receiving a court ordered mental evaluation.

On Tuesday, a case review was held in Daviess County for 34 year old Brinton J. Bingham of Provo, Ut., who is charged with making a terrorist threat. A probable cause statement alleges that Bingham called the Daviess County Courthouse and threatened to shoot a deputy of a fine he received in another case. After a warrant was issued for Bingham, he was arrested in Colorado, supposedly on his way to Daviess County.

A mental health hearing has been scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 4th.
