A recognizance bond was withdrawn in Linn County Friday morning

LINN COUNTY, Mo. – A man accused of child sex crimes in Linn County, did not get to go home as expected Friday morning.

Timothy Scott Coyle, 22, of Marceline had been granted a recognizance bond with special conditions on Thursday afternoon. The judge ordered the release stayed until 8:00 a.m on Friday morning. On Friday, the judge ordered the bond withdrawn when Coyle failed to provide a viable home plan as a condition of his bond.

Coyle is scheduled to be back in court for a preliminary hearing at 1:00 p.m. on the afternoon of November 8th.
