A Pettis County Accident Sent One Teen To The Hospital

An accident in Pettis county Wednesday night around 6:30 resulted in minor injuries for two Sedalia teens. According to the Highway Patrol, 18-year-old Ciara Potter was northbound on McCurdy Road, just north of Parker Road where she lost control of her vehicle on the ice covered road, slid off the pavement and struck a tree. Potter was taken to Bothwell by ambulance and her passenger, 18-year-old,  Jakob Tomlonson also received minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
