Abuse Charge Leads to Arrest Warrant for Carrollton Man

A Carrollton man has a Carroll Co. warrant out for his arrest. According to a probable cause statement, Roger Ray Eiserer, 39, is charged with abuse of a child stemming from an incident back in September. An unidentified 6-year-old was allegedly slapped by Eiserer, leaving marks and bruising. Medical attention was also needed for an inner ear injury.  The warrant carries a $10,000.00 bond.
