Accident Slows Traffic on Highway 10

Scanner traffic indicates that a combine has struck a utility pole on Highway 10, approximately one mile east of Norborne.  That call came out just after 8:00 a.m. Monday. Emergency crews are responding to the scene, but there’s no word yet on if there are injuries. A Hazmat team was also dispatched because the combine was reportedly leaking a little hydraulic fuel.  Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area. We will bring you more information as it becomes available.
