The biannual Ag Connect Expo makes its first stop in the Midwest this month.  President and CEO of Krone North America Rusty Fowler says first-time attendees are in for a suprise.

“What you can expect is to meet directly with the decision makers and the movers and shakers in the ag industry which makes this show different than any other show.  Fowler adds that “all of the exhibitors have agreed we have to provide our top executives our top technical people and you can meet directly and speak with these people and I think that’s a huge asset.”

Fowler says attendence is a small expense of time money that’s well worth the cost.

“This is an investment that will pay off for you,” he says.  “You can get on the AgConnect website and actually plan your route through the show.  They have a tool in there that allows you to say ‘I wanna see these people and I want to see these people.’  It will tell you where they are and help you plan your route.”

Fowler recommends farmers “go to the show with an idea of who you want to see and what you want to talk about.”

Executive level management for several leading agri-business companies will be on hand throughout the three day event.  The show will be held at the Kansas City Convention Center January 29-31st at the Kansas City Convention Center.
