A Boone County judge has said he will not revise his recent ruling that criticizes the murder conviction of a Chillicothe man.  Mark Woodworth is serving a life sentence for the shooting death of his neighbor, Cathy Robertson in 1990.  As part of Woodworth’s latest appeal, Circuit Judge Gary Oxenhandler was appointed in November 2010 as a special master in the case.  Oxenhandler ruled in May that Woodworth was the victim of “a manifest injustice” and should have his conviction set aside.  Oxenhandler on Monday rejected Attorney General Chris Koster’s objections to his ruling.  The decision now heads to the Missouri Supreme Court.
