Airport board recommendations expected at Monday’s Chillicothe City Council meeting

CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — A regularly scheduled meeting of the Chillicothe City Council is set to be held Monday evening.

A report from the finance chairperson will include the presentation and approval of invoices, payroll and municipal utilities invoices and salaries. A proposed ordinance which would accept a bid for a sidewalk grant project will also be discussed.

A motion regarding the ‘Gaga Ball Pit’ Eagle Scout project for the parks department will be brought forward by Josh Norris before Mayor Dupy will make recommendations to fill a vacant seat on the airport board.

Comments from the public, city administrator and council will then be heard before the meeting adjourns to a closed, executive session.

Monday’s meeting of the Chillicothe City Council will get underway at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Chillicothe City Hall.
