Alabama Residents Hurt in Crash

An accident in Dekalb County Wednesday night hurt two Alabama residents. According to the Highway Patrol Gerald Schlageter, 56, was heading west on Highway 36 west of Stewartsville when he failed to negotiate a curve and went through a fence. Schlageter and his passenger Suellen Schlageter, 36, had moderate injuries. The pair was taken to Heartland Regional Medical Center.
