Aliff’s Arraignment Scheduled

A Richmond man has had his case bound over to circuit court on its way to trial.

Robert Aliff, 40, is charged with involuntary manslaughter, driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and driving while revoked.

Aliff was allegedly driving while intoxicated when he crossed over into oncoming traffic and collided with another vehicle in 2011.

Aliff’s passenger, Bruce Sodders, 59, was killed in the crash. Aliff was in the Ray Co. courtroom Tuesday.  He’s now scheduled to be arraigned on February 13th in front of Judge David Miller.
