The court appearances for two Breckenridge men were continued Monday morning.  Joseph Davis, 23, and Sean Stretch, 24, were arrested in October after authorities found more than 60 bronze vases in the trunk of their car.  They have both been charged with receiving stolen property and vandalizing a private cemetery.

The plea/trial setting for Stretch will now take place on March 4th at 9:00.

The judge granted a motion to amend bond for Davis.  He is now allowed to pay a 10 percent deposit on his $30,000 bond.  He must also consent to house arrest as a condition.  His hearing has been moved to March 4th at 1:30.
