Alleged Escapee to Make Court Appearance

One of the men accused of escaping from the Livingston County Jail in July will appear in court Tuesday morning.  The plea/trial setting for Tony Dawson, 23, will get underway at 9:00 a.m.  He and Bobby Waddle, 41, allegedly used a malfunctioning security door to make the first escape from the facility in decades.
