Alleged Murderer to Log Court Time

A Carrollton man charged with statutory rape and murder will appear in a Carroll County courtroom Friday morning.  Theopolis Johnson II, 43, was arrested in November 2011 after authorities said DNA evidence found on the body of a 13-year-old girl belonged to Johnson.  He is also accused of killing the young teen’s mother.  Johnson’s hearing is on the 9:00 a.m. docket.
