UPDATE – Amber Alert Cancelled for missing Springfield toddler

UPDATE: (12/25/2017) 2:30 p.m. – The Missouri State Highway Patrol has issued a release indicating the Amber Alert for Eli Bandurovskiy, 1, of Springfield, Mo., has been cancelled. The Highway patrol reports the toddler was located safe in Texas. No other information was made available at this time. On Friday, when the alert was issued, the child was suspected to be with his biological father, Viktor Anatolievich Bandurovskiy. There was no information made available on his current whereabouts.

 Brief circumstances regarding the abducted child cancellation:  The child was located safe in Texas.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has issued an Amber Alert for a toddler missing from Springfield.

According to the alert, authorities are searching for Eli Bandurovskiy, a white, one year old male. Bandurovskiy is expected to be with his biological father, Viktor Anatolievich Bandurovskiy, traveling to Houston, Texas in a white 2008 Scion TC bearing Arkansas plates 940-MNT. They were last seen at 2655 N. Glenstone in Springfield.

Viktor Anatolievich Bandurovskiy is being described as a white 33 year old male and around 5’10’ and 150 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black button up shirt and dark blue jeans and has a history of domestic abuse, drug use, and has made current and previous threats towards the child.

Anyone seeing the abducted child, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the Amber Alert should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency.
