Area man arrested after warrant served for drug distribution

MOBERLY, MO – Formal charges have been filed against an area man for illegal possession and distribution of drugs.

Moberly police arrested Mark Loren Hill, 59, after serving a search warrant in the 1200 block of Fisk Avenue. Officers reportedly seized marijuana and paraphernalia in gallon plastic bags at the residence. Hill will be charged with felonies for controlled substance delivery and maintaining public nuisance. Hill is detained at Randolph County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bond.

North Missouri Drug Task Force provided assistance with the investigation.
