Arraignment for Hardin woman includes meth possession charges

RICHMOND, MO – A Hardin woman arrested by Highway Patrol over the weekend will face arraignment Tuesday in Ray County after formal charges were filed.

Stacey R. Clemens was reportedly found in possession of methamphetamine during a traffic stop by troopers. She will also answer to charges of driving while revoked or suspended, and no license. Arraignment is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. in Richmond.
