Arraignment of Pleasant Hill murder suspect delayed

INDEPENDENCE, MO – Due to a change in attorneys, an arraignment Thursday for a Pleasant Hill murder suspect was continued.

According to Jackson County prosecutors Nicholas M. Webb, 58, faces 2nd Degree Murder and Armed Criminal Action charges in the stabbing death of Cody Harter on a Lee’s Summit roadway. The continuation of the case is August 2.
