Arraignment Wednesday for Excelsior Springs Man

An Excelsior Springs man will be arraigned Wednesday morning on multiple felony charges that were filed in March. Roger Tabor, 25, is accused of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute and endangering the welfare of a child. He was also charged with misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Tabor is scheduled to return to a Ray County courtroom at 9:00 a.m.
