Arrests Made in Sonic Robberies

The Sedalia Police Department along with the help of the Henry and Pettis County Sheriff’s Offices made four arrests in connection to the attempted robberies at fast-food restaurants in Sedalia and Windsor this past weekend.

According to the Henry County Sheriff’s report, the four suspects have all confessed to the robberies at several Sonic Drive-Ins.  Two of them are juveniles ages 14 & 15 and are being held in the Juvenile Detention Facility.  Prosecutors were working on filing formal charges as of Thursday morning. The two adult suspects are listed as Jeffrey D. Buckner, 21, and Xavier D. Washington, 23, both of Sedalia. They’re being held in the Pettis County Jail.
