Assault, Burglary Hearing for Briscoe

A Sedalia man facing charges of Domestic Assault, burglary and making a terrorist threat will appear in a Pettis County courtroom Monday afternoon for a hearing. Malcolm Briscoe, 21, is also charged with violating an order of protection in a separate case. His hearing on the assault burglary and terrorist threat charges goes before Judge Robert Kauffman at 1:30 p.m.
