Attorneys to Discuss Manslaughter Case

A Richmond man charged with involuntary manslaughter, driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and driving while revoked will go before Judge David Miller on Wednesday morning. Robert Aliff, 40, was allegedly driving while intoxicated when he crossed over into oncoming traffic and collided with another vehicle in 2011. Aliff’s passenger, Bruce Sodders, 59, was killed in the crash. Aliff will be arraigned at 9:00 a.m.
