ATV Weather Means Fun, Danger

Warmer weather is starting to become more common and the urge to get out and about on your ATV is strong. Missouri Highway Patrol Sargent Brent Bernhardt wants you to remember a very important set of facts when it comes to ATV’s both on and off roadways.

Depending on the local municipality, ATV use on public streets is prohibited and in areas that they are permitted, riders need to recognize all motor vehicle driving laws; more information is available at the highway patrol website.
