Missouri Auditor Tom Schweich is scheduled visit Moberly in about two weeks.  He was originally speak to the Randolph Area Pachyderm Club on February 26th, but it was cancelled due to bad weather.  He will now appear March 25th at a local restaurant.

Any citizen, regardless of political affiliation, is invited to attend.  Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling Pachyderm secretary Laurel Seeley at (660) 277-4425.

Missouri Auditor Tom Schweich has rescheduled his long-awaited visit to Moberly for Monday night, March 25, at Nelly’s Restaurant.

The dinner meeting is sponsored by the Randolph Area Pachyderm Club. The evening opens with a reception at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. and Schweich’s remarks and a question and answer session afterward. The meeting is open to the general public. Schweich anticipates arriving in time to attend the reception portion of the evening.

The auditor originally had been slated to be the keynoter at a February 26 dinner meeting, an event scrubbed by one of the two monster snow storms which hit Central Missouri in late February.

The Randolph Area Pachyderm Club does not recruit, endorse or fund candidates for public office. Its meetings are open to all citizens, regardless of political affiliation, if any, Pachyderm president Mary Lee Noel said.
