As growers plan ahead for next spring’s growing season, BASF the Chemical Company, is trying to make more information available for farmers. Spokesperson Dan Westburg says they offer a wide variety of options for growers…
“We have the most sites of action available in the industry and with these flexible effective solutions we can design a very effective weed management program and customize it to the local level.”
To facilitate that process, Westburg says BASF has launched a new website that gives farmers the information they need.
“This is a comprehensive new resource for growers to be able to access and look at information that’s available on developing a weed management plan.”
Westburg adds the site, called Advanced Weed Control, will also offer a “profile of our products that are available.” Farmers will be able to “access the maps that we have in there and drill down very quickly and obtained localized recommendations for their area based upon their crop and weeds.”
