Bench Trial Scheduled

A former Butterfield Youth Services employee is scheduled for a bench trial Thursday afternoon.  Dusty McGrew, 31, will appear at 1:30 p.m. on the charge of obstructing government operations.  The Marshall resident is also facing charges of statutory rape and statutory sodomy.  She is accused of having sexual relations with a juvenile boy while he was under her care.
