Bergman Returns to Court

A Sedalia teen’s case is going to be reviewed Wednesday (Dec. 19) afternoon.  According to court documents, 14-year-old Cody Bergman is facing charges of first degree murder and armed criminal action.  Bergman allegedly shot and killed his stepfather, 41-year-old Willam Capps, in April of 2011.  Proceedings are expected to get underway at 1:15 in a Saline County courtroom.
