An arraignment will be held at 9:00 a.m. Monday in Saline County for Nancy Black. Earlier this year, the Marshall Police Department arrested the 55-year-old woman on multiple drug related charges. According to the probable cause statement, the Marshall resident allegedly sold Oxycodone to several police informants while within 2,000 feet of three elementary schools. Upon a search of her home, officers found additional Oxycodone pills, as well as various other drugs. Black entered a guilty to plea to two drug related charges in 2010. She now faces three counts of distributing a controlled substance near schools and seven counts of possession with the intent to distribute. Black is being held on a $50,000 bond.
