Enbridge representative Tracy Calhoun was present at the meeting.  The Board authorized road use agreements for access once pipeline construction begins.  Northeast Davis Road, Northwest A Street, Northwest 4th, and a portion of Redbud will be used to transport materials for the pipeline’s construction.  A portion of 7th Street was named a secondary route.

Enbridge will bring in a third party to do an assessment of the streets before they begin to use them.  That same party will determine the damage to the streets after construction is complete.

The Board also passed a road undercrossing agreement, with the stipulation that a $25,000 bond be put into place should anything happen to the Concordia roads.  When construction begins August 7th, Enbridge expects to have to perform three bores to city streets.
