Bond Denied for Richmond Woman

Bond was denied for a Richmond resident yesterday.  Ashley Berry,29, is facing charges of possession with intent to distribute, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.  Berry appeared before a judge last week and acknowledged drug use.  The court did note that consideration would be given to the possibility of Berry seeking treatment at an accepted treatment facility. A jury trial is scheduled for March 20th.
