LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo. – A Higginsville man accused of having a sexual relationship with a girl, age 15, received a bond reduction in Lafayette County Wednesday.

After arguments at the initial arraignment, bond for Timothy Williams, 24, was reduced from $50,000 to $25,000 cash or surety with bond conditions. Those conditions include house arrest, a drug patch and no contact with anyone under the age of 18, other than his own children. Williams is charged with three felony counts of sexual abuse in the first degree.

No new court date has been scheduled.
