Bond reduction considered for woman accused of ID theft

DAVIESS COUNTY, MO – A Daviess County Court will hear a motion for bond reduction Tuesday as part of an identity theft case.

Gallatin resident, Amanda Rainey, 34, is accused of stealing mail and documents from Daviess County residents. She is accused of trafficking in identities.  Motion for bond reduction was made earlier this month. Bond is currently set at $50,000. A ruling is expected in the matter this morning, scheduled for 9 a.m.
