Brookfield Council Accepts Propane Bid

“When we prepare for our budget, we go out for bids for propane services,” Tarpening said. “So we received two bids – one from Ferrellgas, one from MFA Oil. Ferrellgas was 1.198, MFA was 1.239, so the Council awarded the bid to Ferrellgas. So those prices will be good until August of 2014.”

Tarpening noted that the bid from Ferrellgas is lower than the contract the company had last year.
