Buchko Waives Preliminary Hearing, Back in Court Dec. 11th

A Bosworth man was in court Wednesday on assault and armed criminal action charges related to a domestic dispute. Court documents accuse John Buchko, 35, of hitting a woman in the back and head with a golf club. Buchko waived his right to a preliminary hearing and will now be arraigned in circuit court December 11th at 9 a.m.
