Burglary suspect waives preliminary hearing in Livingston county

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. – A Minnesota man waived his preliminary hearing in a Livingston County burglary case yesterday afternoon.

Gregory F. Spickerman, 56, of St. Paul, and his attorney waived the hearing on a felony first degree burglary charge. Chillicothe Police accused Spickerman after video surveillance at Walmart showed him stealing two television sets from the store in September.

An arraignment was set for the 13th of November in the Livingston County Circuit Court.
