Carroll Co. Y.M.C.A. Gearing Up

Spring is just days away and getting fit for the outdoor season is on many a person’s mind. The Carroll County Area YMCA will start a 6-week beginner’s fitness class April 1st. Interim Executive Director Kathy Lock says there will be classes in the morning, noon and evening hours.

There will also be a Saturday morning class called teacher’s choice offering a different routine each weekend. Monday evening March 18th there will be an open forum meeting at the Norborne High School Gymnasium at 6:30 p.m. For more information find the Carroll County Area YMCA on Facebook.
