Carrollton Officer Recently on Leave

A recent incident led to a Carrollton Police Officer being placed on administrative leave.  According to Chief Donnie King, the officer was in pursuit of a suspect that was fleeing from law enforcement when he fired his service weapon at the individual.  The incident reportedly took place on September 2nd and the officer spent three days on administrative leave.  He  has now returned to regular duty.  King did not provide the name of the officer or the suspect.
