Carrollton Resident Arrested in Dallas Co.

Highway Patrol troopers arrested a Carrollton resident in Dallas County on Saturday.  Toby Townsend, 31, is facing charges of possession of a synthetic cannabinoid and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.  He was released from custody on Saturday.  Formal charges are pending.  Three other people were also arrested around the same time as Townsend.  Jessica Dreadin, 26, of Columbia, De’Shane Dreyer, 25, also from Columbia, and Alexander Johnson, 24, of Hallsville, are each facing the exact same charges.
