Carrollton Teen Injured in Sat. Wreck

A Carrollton teen was injured after she swerved to avoid a deer in Livingston County Saturday night.

The highway patrol reports that 16-year-old Makayla Moritz was southbound on Livingston County Road 237 just north of Chillicothe when the accident occurred. The vehicle ran off the roadway and down a 50 foot embankment. Moritz received minor injuries and was transported to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment.
