Emergency crews were called to a one vehicle accident on Highway 65 Thursday morning about 5 miles south of Chillicothe. The call went out just before 6 a.m. when a cattle hauler ran off the side of the roadway and into a ravine.

U.S. 65 was down to one lane for several hours as the cleanup and transfer of livestock continued into the afternoon. There was no word on injuries at the time of this publication. No other vehicles were involved.

KMZU News will update this page as more details become available.
