Change of Judge Motion Sustained for Morgan Co. Couple

Motions for a change of judge were sustained for a Morgan County Couple on Thursday.  Thomas Presley, 22, and Jamie Ann Litton, 26, are both charged with murder and two counts of engangering the welfare of a child.  Presley is also charged with Abuse of a Child Resulting in Death.  The two allegedly tried to blame the February death on a hit-and-run accident.  Their jury trial is scheduled for 9:00 on March 4th.  Their bond is set at $100,000 each.
