Charges Filed in Death of Willard Resident
Charges have been filed in the death of a Willard girl whose body was found floating in Truman Lake at the end of September. Anothony Balbirnie,47, is facing a felony charge of abandonment of a corpse. According to a probable cause statement, an unidentified woman told authorities that she watched Balbirnie bind and wrap the body of Kighla Parks, 15. He then allegedly placed the body into a vehicle and stated he was on his way to Warsaw. Law enforcement are searching for two other persons of interest listed as Desiree Siddens, 24, and Larry Warner, 39.
