Charges Filed in Hay-Ride Accident

Police have arrested an Oak Grove man involved in an accident that sent people to five different hospitals over the weekend.  The highway patrol reports Kaylon Childers, 27, faces multiple charges following his collision with a hay wagon full of people.  Childers was northbound on Route H north of Oak Grove when he rear-ended the tractor and wagon.  He has been charged with one count each of driving while intoxicated, second degree assault, driving while revoked, and careless and imprudent driving.  Dustin Hall, 30, and Aubrey Hall, 5, were taken by air amublance to area hospitals while Childers, Shane Hall, 32, and Jennifer Hall, 31, were taken by E.M.S. to three other facilities.
