Charges filed after joint drug investigation in Worth County

WORTH COUNTY, Mo. – A Grant City man has been charged after a joint drug investigation by the Worth County Sheriff’s Office and Missouri Highway Patrol.

A news release issued Friday by the patrol’s Division of Drug and Crime Control says Dillon Phineas Schrock, 21, was arrested August 9, after a search warrant was executed at Schrock’s rural Worth County residence. Schrock was charged Thursday, with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of unlawful possession of a firearm.

Bond was set at $20,000 and no court date has been set for Schrock.
