Charges Pending in Lafayette Co. Accident

An accident Tuesday afternoon in Lafayette County sent an Odessa resident to the hospital.  The accident happened just prior to 1:00 p.m. on Blue Book Road.  Investigators with the State Highway Patrol said Jack Carroll, 30, of Odessa, lost control on the gravel, traveled off the roadway, and overturned into a small creek.  His passenger, Steven Carroll, 29, was transported to Centerpoint Hospital with moderate injuries.  Charges are pending in the crash.
