Chillicothe Council to Honor Fallen Firefighter

The Chillicothe City Council will honor a fallen firefighter and E.M.T. at their meeting Monday night. Assistant Fire Chief Joe Darr passed away last week as a result of a duty related injury after 34 years of service. Officials will also hear a presentation of the city’s audit and consider appointments for the Hospital and Housing Boards. Members will discuss an ordinance and contract with the school for the use of athletic fields as well. The meeting starts at 6:30 in City Hall.
